A division of District Court, the Juvenile Court addresses matters concerning Delinquency, Child in Need of Supervision (CHINS) and Dependency involving children under eighteen years of age. Juvenile Records are confidential. Any request for copies of Juvenile Records must be made in person at the Circuit Clerk's Office and person requesting the records must have proof of Identity and must be a party to the case.
